September 5 during service—Communion and Benevolence offering
September 7 and 9 at 7:00 PM—Evening "First Steps" class. No child care available. Contact church office if you would like to attend.
September 11 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM—Available classes (First Step 101 and Developing Habits that Lead to Spiritual Maturity 201).
Lunch and child care will be provided.
September 11 from 5:00 PM to ?—Gospel Music Celebration presented by Anointed Vessels Ministry with Deb Wilson, Tina Sanchez, and Rev. Tim Brittain. Featuring Randy Ward. Admission is $10 for ages 13 to Adult; $5 for ages 6-12 and seniors; free for children under 6 yrs old. Location is 3272 Liberty St., Ash, NC at the “Can You Believe It” outdoor theatre.
September 12 at 9:00 AM—Deacon meeting
September 12 at 7:00 PM—Dessert social for all families involved in small groups. Please bring a dessert to share with others.
September 13 at 6:30 PM—Men’s Ministry dinner and meeting
September 15 at 6:30 PM—Fall Wednesday night activities (Adult Bible studies, Youth Bible Study, AWANA).
At 8:15 PM—Praise Team practice
September 17 at 6:30 PM—Youth Lock-In September 19 during service—Baptism during service. Please contact church office if you would like to be baptized.
During service—Dollar for Hunger offering
September 19 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM—Team meetings for annual planning and budgeting.
At 5:00 PM—Advisory meeting
September 23 at 6:00 PM—DivorceCare
September 25 at 8:30 AM—Food Pantry at Camp UMC. Need volunteers. If you would like to volunteer, please contact Janice Page at 754-3402.
September 25 at 5:30 PM—J.O.Y. activity at the church. "Survivor" on the island of New Beginnies. Come join the competition, dinner and fun! |
